Fab That He's Gone...
Following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, you can't help but feel Cesc has put his foot in it a bit ahead of man united's reinvestment of the £80m they got for the cheating lady boy. Cesc has been quoted as saying: "It’s better for all the Premier League players to see Cristiano Ronaldo going off to Madrid. He has helped them to win the last two league titles almost on his own so it should be much easier to play against United now..."
Fabregas enjoyed a decent win for Spain over New Zealand in the Confederations Cup, with a goal in a 5-0 victory over ahem... New Zealand. Fernando Torres his a hat trick in the rout...
Crab Update...

It's a Long Way, Rosicky Wary...
If anyone gets that headline, hats off to you. Any road, the late Tomas Rosicky RIP has been talking this weekend about his comeback chances and reckons he could have played at the end of last season, but the club chose to rest him for the remaining few games and not to 'rush him back'.

They did not consult with me. They saw that I was okay and maybe they just did not want to take the gamble. I think that it was obvious from the training that I was ready to play, if not for 90 minutes. Until I play in a league match I will not be able to tell what my chances are. When it comes to fitness alone, I must say that I am in a better shape than I was when I came to Arsenal..."
Can't believe there's been no additions to the rumour mill, it stays on 112...
