Third Place Done... Chamakh Attack...

Arsenal 4-0 Fulham...
At the end of season curtain dropper, Fulham definitely had one eye on the Europa Cup final this week, leaving us to run things and get the points we needed. Arshavin got off his arse and scored a goal, RVP scored ONE ahead of the World Cup where he'll probably get injured again, just in time for August.

Man United's 2nd highest goalscorer OG got on the scoresheet and Carlos Vela also produced another sublime chip to cement fourth place and bring an end to the worst season ever...

Spurs on the other hand, pulled out an Arsenalesque style collapse after being 2-0 up at Burnley and getting Walloped 4-2 to finish fourth, five points below us... phew, never in any doubt.

Robin Fan Persie...
Following his two goals against London's third best side, Fulham, Robin van Persie is looking forward to linking up with football's worst kept secret signing: "He is strong in the air and scores lots of goals with his head. He looks confident on the ball so hopefully the transfer goes through. It is good for all of us to have competition and that's why I am happy to see him coming..."

Bacary Fan-Ya...
Bacary Sagna has also been quick to hype up our new, yet to be confirmed signing: "I know him from France because I played against him many times and he has skills and is very good in the box so it will be good for Arsenal to have him and to play with him. He will improve our training first and then on the pitch. He will need power and to fight more because English football is totally different from French football, but I'm not worried because I know he's a hard fighter..."

Rubbish news, rubbish season. Til tomorrow... perhaps we should comment on transfer speculation... hm...
