Ashley Cole has never been to far away from controversy. Left back Cole has been Arsenal's left back for a long time, almost since the loyal left back Kenny Sansom, apart from the loyal left back Nigel Winterburn that is.

Arsenal, the club made Ashley Cole from twiglets and superglue, and to be fair he's stayed for quite a while until the sad day that Chelsea's travelling circus came to town. Cole courted a Chelsea Circus representative Peter Kenyon in a West London Hotel where a deal was struck despite claims to the contrary. All parties then agreed to lie low after Cole's club Arsenal announced they were far from happy.

Now the rumour mill rumbles on, the most likely outcome a move to Chelsea for lots of money winning meaningless trophies and titles. The other side of the rumours were a bit more sinister, the rumour that Ashley once sucked off his mate Jermaine Jenas, and then stuck a mobile phone right up his arse while it was on possibly on vibrate mode. Naturally, these rumours were never proven cos they weren't true at all, and were probably well false according to some judge or other who was right, as right as you can possibly be to be honest.

There was a couple of a stupid, lying newspapers which were sued due to a result of these false claims and rightly so. You cannot get away with that kind of caper, especially in this day and age of you know, responsible reporting etc. and all that sort of thing.

So, Ashley's days are numbered as an Arsenal player, he's soon to make his way across London to join up with Roman Abramovics' Championship Manager, Real Life Edition...
