Up for the Cup... Arsenal 3-2 Aston Villa...
Goals from RVP and one from Theo's arse/torso/face saw us into the hat/bag/ball bag for the next round of the cup after we'd found ourselves inexplicably losing 2-0 at half time. Two penalties and a Theo goal was enough to see us through after a huge scare at The Emirates and we will now play the winners of the Sunderland v Middlesbrough replay in the last 16...
Season turning point anyone?
In more good news, Bacary Sagna, also made an appearance and came on as a late sub alongside a fit again Thierry Henry and a super fit again Mikael Arteta. Despite Jack's setback, there are rumours Abou Diaby might be coming back soon, he's thought to be 3 weeks away/eyeing a Feb return/out of rehab** ** delete as applicable.
Ryo Loan Done...

Sir Wenger said: "I will have a chat with him (Ryo) tomorrow (today) and I have a little plan (does), Oxlade-Chamberlain (the new Theo Walcott) plays on the flanks (wings) now too, so if I can find an opportunity (chance) for him to play somewhere I will decide whether to do that tomorrow (today). It will have to be in England because he will lose the homegrown status if he leaves the country (will)..."
Ox To Get the Call...
England coach and professional Angelos Epithemiou impersonator, Fabio Acapella has said that he will call up the Ox for England's upcoming friendlies. There is also a slim chance he could go with England for this summer's European Championships (The Ox, not Capello).
Capello said: "I have been impressed, He is a good player who has a lot of quality and is playing at a high level. He will be a really interesting player for the friendly games before the Euros, which will hopefully happen for us..."
